What you'll see in each role

The resident view covers the day-to-day: paying dues, submitting a maintenance or ARC request, casting a vote, and pulling up governing documents from the portal or the mobile app. The board member view adds the finances a resident doesn't normally see: operating and reserve balances, an e-voting dashboard, architectural request approvals, and the audit trail behind every action. The community manager view adds the operational console: collections and delinquency, violation tracking, maintenance work orders, resident communications, and financial statements, all tied to the same underlying records.

Every role uses the same seeded sample community, so you can switch roles to see how an action on one side, approving an ARC request or posting a payment, shows up on the other.

How to run a board evaluation with the demo

  1. Write down the three tasks that cost your board the most time last year (for example chasing late dues, answering records requests, running the annual meeting).
  2. Have one director do each task in the demo in the matching role, and time it.
  3. Check the audit trail afterwards: every action a board takes in a real community needs to be traceable to a person and a date.
  4. Switch to the resident role and repeat the owner side of the same task (paying, requesting, voting).
  5. Compare with the evaluation criteria, then open the pricing page to size the cost for your unit count.

What the demo does not show

The demo uses one sample community, so it does not show your own governing documents, your jurisdiction's notice defaults, or a real bank connection. Those are configured during setup. If you want to see jurisdiction-aware defaults for your state or province, read the US state or Canadian province reference first, then create a free community and pick the jurisdiction in setup.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a real community or sample data?

It's a seeded sample community with realistic data so you can click through real workflows without affecting any live association.

Do I need to create an account?

No. The demo drops you straight into a role with no signup or credit card required.

Can I try more than one role?

Yes. Pick a role above, and switch to another at any time to see the same community from a different seat.

What if I manage multiple associations?

The role demos above show a single community; book a personalized demo above to see the multi-community portfolio view built for management companies.

Can I break anything in the demo?

No. Changes you make stay in the sample community and do not touch any live association.

What happens after the demo?
