Terms of Service

What personal information hoa.to collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, where it is processed, and the rights you and your residents have.
Data Processing Addendum
How hoa.to processes association data as a processor: scope, instructions, confidentiality, security, sub-processors, breach notice, deletion and audit.

What you may not do with hoa.to, including communications you have no basis to send, unlawful decisions about residents, and attempts to breach security.
